The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co or The Balcony as it is affectionally called by both locals and visitors, has undergone a little facelift lately and we kinda like it!
The internal rooms have had a lick of paint and a refresh, with the outside balcony also receiving some much needed love and a mini makeover.
But it’s not all about just being pretty when it comes to satisfying our culinary demands, so we are delighted to also report that the menu has also been treated to some love by chef Sean Connolly, and we don’t mind admitting that our tastebuds did more than just one happy dance on our most recent visit!
A sublime Chicken Liver Pate that will make you giggle with delight with each bite.
The most divine Orgy of Mushrooms Gnocchi EVER and plenty of OMG!
A slow cooked Lamb Shoulder that is so darn good, it simply beckons you to ditch the knife and fork and just get stuck in!
